My entire stay was very nice. Definitely will stay here again.

Our stay was great!! Front desk was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the pool, hospitality drinks, and the room service! Great location! Will be back next time we are in GA

The evening reception was great! We got two drinks complimentary with some snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, pool was clean. Breakfast was great also, but a little tip from me, get your coffee or drink first, because if you get your food first, it will be cold before you get back to your table with your drink.

The valet staff was rude upon check in. Rushing my daughters when I left to check in. Didn’t provide a luggage rack at check in because they decided we didn’t have enough items. Then at check out again there were no luggage racks to be found. There were never enough luggage racks. This was a frustration for several families. The valet left something on inside my car killing the battery. I had to wait 20 min while they jumped it. Then after leaving I seen the valet staff running to other hotel decks to get cars bc Embassy did not have enough parking. Not a great first stay with this hotel.

The Embassy is OLD The thermostat is OLD difficulty adjusting the temperature; The entire A/C panel was coming out wall…I was afraid someone was watching or a rodent was going to jump out. The plumbing was OLD when I was taking a shower the tub filled up to my calf before I jumped out. I never saw the water go out. The bathroom sink was the same. There was no relaxation. Breakfast was a 4 out 10. Valet Parking for $60 no other option. The Embassy should be demolished

Room was fine and clean. The hotel is in a good location and functional. You will have to pay an extra $60 a day for valet. Our issue was the downstairs breakfest area. Was always very dirty and very busy. Food seemed more like a middle school quality breakfast than a Hilton level breakfast. Coffee was quite disgusting. The Starbucks downstairs has some major dysfunction and the employees there do not seem to know what to do or how to work effectively. Both times we were there, they forgot half our order and had to remind them.

The room was clean the staff was amazing and accommodating. The breakfast bar was nice different options. The pool was nice and clean. We had a great time.

Definitely a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very nice. Breakfast and happy hour were so much better than anticipated. I would stay again for sure.
