The property was extremely outdated and some of the staff were extremely unfriendly. One of their front desk attendants also attempted to charge me an additonal $1365.00 with no explanation. There was a lack of entertainment for my group and most events ended by 10pm which was quite early. Most of the restaurants weren't that good. The private culinary experience was the best meal we had. We had a water leak in our room we called twice they said they would send someone, nobody showed up until we checked out. I would not recommend this property nor would I visit it again.

Great resort. Friendly staff

Stagnant water in room shower area. Slow drain. Multiple mosquitos hatching. Multiple mosquito bites while in the room. Staff was not friendly. No smiles or greetings. I felt like I was troubling them. They claimed ignorance, for example, not seeking help for something they didn't know. Restaurant food felt like cafeteria food. Hot to touch, but poor quality. Felt like it was under a lamp all day. Mass produced, and super slow service. The only dining area that was 5 star was breakfast buffet. Fresh food indeed. The culinary experience was 5 star. Massage service was great, but there's an extra charge on my room, yet I paid for services with my credit card separately. This was not settled at check out. I'll have to call upon return to the states. Facility was dead/dark after 10:30pm. Gym was 5 star, however, I would NOT return or recommend.

I recently stayed at this resort to celebrate our anniversary, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The resort itself is beautiful. The beach, scenery, and overall ambiance are stunning and make for a relaxing setting. However, the service, food, and cleanliness did not meet expectations. Many staff members were unfriendly and often didn’t acknowledge guests. There were even times when staff walked away while we were trying to speak with them, which made us feel unwelcome. The food was the biggest disappointment. Having stayed at several all-inclusive resorts, this was by far the worst. There were fruit flies covering the fruit and dessert stations, and guests had to swat them away just to serve themselves. I never saw staff addressing the issue, which was very concerning. We also had a late check-in and had requested anniversary decorations for our room, but the request was never fulfilled. When we finally got to our room, we noticed dirt on the mirror and the floors had not been properly cleaned. While the resort has a beautiful location and amazing views, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and disappointing food made this a stay I would not recommend.

Half the restaurants were never opened and when they do open you could barely get a reservation as they close it at 2 pm. They need new beach chair covers. So gross covered in bird poop and ripped up. Make sure when you go they don’t just give you a random room and they give you the room you booked.

I have been going to this property for the last 4 years and the quality of the food is not good and the furniture is starting to look bad. The workers are complaining. I believe Royalton needs to close and renovate this property. I will definitely give a shout out to the concierge for making sure that I had my dinner reservations booked. They definitely need to revamp this place.

It wasn’t the best from the time we got to our room there was some hair weave right soon as we got off the elevator and that hair was still there the day we left and BIG BIG BIG roach in our room I wouldn’t stay there again but the Royalton in Jamaica was very very very nice I’m just saying. Also a lot things in our room was broken.

Great time. Property was very clean and well maintained. Some restaurants were better than others, but overall great food. Very friendly staff!

Great PROPERTY great staff All around beautiful PROPERTY great little beach had an amazing time but the food on the property was very mediocre no flavor but overall it was OK I recommend the hideaway
