The breakfast was great. The room was large considering being in the city. Two bathrooms was nice to have.

It was very kind from the hotel managament to upgrade our stay with no extra cost as our prevoius booked room had a major problem .

Good location

Perfect place to stay for our week in London!

The breakfast was delicious with great quality and variety. Staff were so helpful and available. Location was great- lots of lovely food nearby and a short walk to tube/train.

We travelled as a family to London, and had a wonderful 7 night stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Tower Bridge. The location was excellent, close to the underground and local restaurants. The breakfast was great, and the hours for the breakfast were convenient. The self-service laundry was also an amenity that we used. It was very much appreciated. The property was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would certainly stay there again.

Even though the temperature in London was unseasonably warm, they kept telling us the Air Conditioning was being worked on, but we were there for four nights and the A?C never really worked well. Be prepared to sweat during the summer months

Room was nice and spacious a few little minor things

The hotel was well located and the staff were great. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in the room was not operating correctly meaning a very warm room and not a great sleep. We were staying at the hotel with 2 other couples and all 3 rooms had the same air-conditioning issues so not isolated to specific rooms.

The standard room is a bit tight with a long, thin layout but wonderfully stocked if you want to make any meals for yourself. The hotel breakfast is very good. The location is in a great area but it's a bit of a walk to the nearest Tube. We really enjoyed our stay but it might not be ideal for a first time visitor.
