All good

The hotel was perfectly fine. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, so they moved us to another room, which was much better. The staff did a good job, and everything we requested was taken care of. Apart from the Breakfast, which was just average, everything was fine.

Well located if you want to be on the palm at a great price beautiful hotel beach is fantastic. Lots of Activities lazy river everything’s great. However, the following concerns were raised to management: 1. The restaurants, close way too early for food. I was there at 10:30 both the main restaurant and at the bar upstairs and was hard to get Service and they were pushing me to pay quickly because they’re closing apparently they register or the food or something. He said that I did finally managed to get something to eat in the bar and the service was great, but even there they were trying to get payment quickly. 2. The elevator is may be great system for Hotel, but it’s irritating as heck for guests with all those codes, figuring out what’s what, pressing the wrong line very irritating and then still waiting. 3. Maybe just bad luck but I couldn’t get any sleep one night. II had to call Security;. There were kids running up and down the hallway yelling parent refused to do anything and even they were talking loudly

Room was OK! Had a few issues with coffee machine and tv remote ! Can definitely be better! Breakfast is not included.

Fantastic stay at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel! The hotel was immaculate every corner spotless and clearly well maintained, which made such a difference to how comfortable we felt throughout our stay. The staff were brilliant. Friendly, attentive, and available 24/7 whenever we needed anything nothing was too much trouble. That kind of service really elevates a stay. Our room had a lovely balcony, a nice touch that added extra space to relax and take in the Palm Jumeirah views. Overall, a genuinely great experience on Palm Jumeirah. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend Dukes The Palm to other travellers looking for a clean, well-run hotel with excellent service.

Clean room , good staff and amazing beach

Super dirty floors, especially in the bathroom at check in. Asked housekeeping to clean it and it was still very dirty after. Pretty worn down place. Food was not great.

We are regular visitors to Dubai and travel there every year. We’ve previously stayed at Zabeel Saray and Jumeirah Beach hotels, so we were expecting a similar high standard at Dukes The Palm. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The hotel is in desperate need of a full refurbishment. Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made it unpleasant from the moment we arrived. Before our stay, I had been told via email that we would receive an upgrade, but this never happened. The sunbeds around the pool were old, worn out, and dirty, and definitely need replacing. We also found the staff to be unhelpful and uninterested in resolving our concerns, which only added to our disappointment. Overall, this was not the quality we expected based on our previous experiences in Dubai. Sadly, we won’t be returning to Dukes The Palm and would not recommend it in its current condition.
