A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. Quando voltar a Milão, com certeza me hospedarei neste hotel novamente.

Very conveniently located to the main attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location and a wonderful stay

Staff is amazing , room always clean and excellent location !

Impeccable cleanliness, with a comfortable room and bed. Excellent communication throughout the stay. A train station is located directly in front of the boutique.

Positives- They send a text message with detailed instructions on how to access the hotel. The location is great. Cafe on the street level is charming. They stored our luggage prior to check in time. Negatives- Room smelled of sewer gas when we entered. I asked the attendant what as wrong with the room. She said it was the pipes. We had to run to the water for 20min and keep the window open to air it out. They obviously need to vent the pipes properly. My partner and I had to leave and come back. We asked the hotel attendant where the best vintage clothing stores were, she was pretty rude, and not very knowledgeable about the area.

The location is fantastic. Metro stop right outside, easy access to Duomo, shopping district, and train station proximity.

Nice room outside is the fashion district. Only+++++

Broken blind resulted in a poor sleep as the room was very bright! Extras such as croissants and food credit didn’t materialise. This is not really a hotel but a self service room in an apartment.
