Nice hotel, but fitness studio and sauna were closed. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Also, they didnt give any leighway for early check in despite the 2 unfortunate circumstances above

The notes from Expedia doesn’t get sent to the hotel. Also this time around, the workers did not want to help us with our bags. This happened twice. I was very upset as my mother was lugging the bags herself to the carts.
