It was ok. Check in and check out are problematic. They have lost the art of hospitality. Probably our last stay here.

The Golden Nugget is a great place to stay. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Bathroom had mold…wait staff at pool was horrible!!

Overall we give the Golden Nugget a 4.5 out of 5 rating. The room is very large and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have had in a hotel. The service was great. The hotel itself was in great condition and kept up well. Lots of food inside to choose from. And shops and souvenirs. The one thing we didn't appreciate was the Hilton people accosting us every time we went in and out of the casino. They were like carnival barkers- relentless in trying to get us to go and tour a hotel. We just wanted to enjoy our vacation and that was extremely frustrating because they didn't stop when we said no. It couldn't be helped but the sharks and fish had to be removed from the tank inside the pool and the slide was not in use- they say those will be available in 2027 again.

everything was perfect except for not having a microwave in my good tower room. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

The rooms stank from the sinks and tub. The pool was nice, but the shark tank was empty, and that's the only reason we booked there. It was a big letdown; the only helpful people were at the front desk when we checked in and the women cleaning the rooms.

Everything was great. The only issue i had was the aquarium not having the sharks and fish and the slide being closed. This was one of the main reasons I booked here was to have that experience at the pool. I know you cannot control structure issues but was still bummed.

only complaint i would have is that the Bathrooms in our room needs a little work ! other than that it was great !
