Very easy check in and in an ideal location. Great room at a good price. Bed a bit hard but we would stay here again!

The staff were amazingly helpful. The property itself is a bit old. The room was next to the road and it was very loud even for us that do not mind the noise. Also the window didnt have the curtain and there was no way you could cover, except we used the bath mat otherwise the light was so bright whole night.

Staff friendly and room clean n tidy.

Our room was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very central and close to restaurants.

Very helpful and friendly manager. Clean facility with good parking

Location is great - close to University of Otago and most of the student flats, which made visiting my daughter easy. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Kitchenette is great. Laundry facilities are a nice perk. Only complaint is that the shower was getting pretty moldy.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. We had a small dog with us and they were very pet friendly. :)

It was really good!

Excellent

Spacious room, cleanliness at its best and very supportive staff.
