Regular business visitor to Liverpool. Always opt for the Resident when possible as it's great value for money, and the staff are always welcoming. Excellent location close to Hanover Street Q-Park and right next to Concert square and all of the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city. Great soundproofing though, as you never hear anything from the surroundings once in your room.

Staff very friendly and helpful, in the current heatwave the air conditioning was amazing. Loved the kitchenette. Bearing in mind we were in the middle of the nightlife area the rooms were very quiet. Thank you very much

Very welcoming staff . A gorgeous hotel in a perfect location. Highly recommend.

Very clean and good location as well

Staff very helpful moving rooms so we could have an earlier check in. Also lots of helpful suggestions about where to eat.

Excellent accommodation, immaculate and great facilities. Very reasonable price. Breakfast at recommended cafe (Wreck Bistro) was, however disappointing; expensive and not well cooked.

Lovely room with air con and a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, crockery and cutlery available. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. We arrived early for check in & the hotel provided secure left luggage for us. Hotel situated close to bars and restaurants.

A great stay at The Resident Liverpool. Fantastic location, just a short walk from Ropewalks, with a Wetherspoons and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Despite being so central, it was lovely and quiet at night, and we slept really well. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a coffee machine, mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was also a great size. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

The area for making drinks and washing up and using microwave was quite cramped. The microwave and glasses and plates were too high up.

We had a very good time. The romm was
