We wanted a property near Victoria Station. This was an excellent choice. Beautiful hotel, great location. We would definitely book again

My daughter and I loved this hotel. We spent a week with them. The staff was kind and helpful and the hotel is on a quiet street close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, our Deluxe King room was comfortable with more space than we expected, and the Belgravia location was fantastic. We'd happily stay here again.

Two main issues with the property. The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor and only holds 2 passengers at a time. Our room was on the fourth floor so we had to first haul the suitcases up, then use the stairs every time we entered or exited. This leads to our second issue. We reserved 3 rooms at the same time, all with the same amenities - bed size, etc. Our room on the 4th floor had a queen bed while the others had king beds; the other rooms had a bigger footprint, our room had barely enough room to walk around the bed with our suitcases. You had to request towels, there was no automatic replacement and they only provided face towels upon request. In summary, it was clean and quiet, but staying on the 4th floor was unpleasant and not relaxing. Not sure I would stay here again.

Very old worn property That cost more than a 5 star property less than a couple miles away. Only 2 people in the lift at one time, I paid for 2 king rooms and hit one queen for the same cost. Carpet old and worn. Incredibly expensive and not worth it at all. No luggage rack, after the bed and a small desk, that was it.

Great location and really nice breakfast.

Ordinarily great but this stay was very disappointing. The lift & air conditioning were both broken for 3 out of my 4 night stay - not ideal when you are on the top floor; the staff on duty were dismissive & unhelpful. Hoping this bad service was a one off.

Tophams is on a very quiet street yet just a short block over from the very busy Victoria Station. We were easily able to walk to all of our shows, see Buckingham Palace, visit museums, and walk to Victoria Coach Station. I highly recommend this hotel. Although it is small and quirky (which is what I loved most about it) the air conditioning in the room was excellent!!!!! You do have to navigate small sets of stairs and small corridors and elevators so if you have a lot of mobility issues this may be a challenge. This hotel has a lot of character and charm that you don’t find elsewhere.
