The staff were kind and gave refund with no issues. The bed had dead cockroaches in the it. The door to the room couldn’t close properly and could easily be pushed open even if “locked”. We left and stayed at a different place down the street. I do not recommend this place at all.

Good

Clean and convenient

Very worn out building, n a room with smell, though very clean. Walking distance to Chinatown n restaurants. Not value for money as there are many other choices at this price range. Will stay next time only when ono other options.

we stayed only one night since we were just transferring. The hotel room has no window (not as it's shown in the pic), but it's not a big issue for one night stay. The uncle at the front desk was super nice. It's in a very good area for food and sightseeing. If I go again to KL I will stay here again.

air-condition not well, a bit hot

Budget hotel however booked out early to better location

Excelent location, near Petaling Street Market but way from the noise. Very confotable room, clean and quiet. Value for money
