Fantastic location, close to the sights and a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Staff really helpful. A no frills but dependable place.

For the first day I arrived the hotel gave me a room without AC and it was extremely warm in the room. For the second day the hotel changed my room.

It’s ok, it’s not very clean and we reviewed a room without air conditioning during Londons hottest day. They did make it right but I wouldn’t waste my time staying here

Dry handy to Trafalgar Square and the main sites in the heart of Lindon

Arrived at 4.15pm to be told the room wasn’t ready and air con not working in rooms but was working downstairs in the main areas. Told it was being fixed but it never was. Hardly slept as it was boiling hot in the room but no other options. Got up hoping for a cool shower to find the shower head wasn’t working either. Air con in the breakfast room was dripping all over the floor. Overall very dissatisfied given the cost.

Friendly staff, room wasn't particularly clean. Oddly lots of Staples on the floor. Stain on towel and pillowcase. Shower door runner was rusty and not clean. Breakfast was nice and good coffee

We stayed here for an event. Lovely stay. Comfortable. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived which made us rush to our event. Great location and quiet.

Front desk staff could have been friendlier

The location was perfect and the breakfast was fantastic.

I liked this thistle better than the other thistle location I stayed in. It’s a bit bigger. AC is not up to typical American standards but the people were very friendly and it was clean and it was in an absolutely excellent location. Especially if you’re seeing anything at the Harold Pinter theater.
