Great hotel to stay thank you.

Room was recently renovated but the cupboard doors and drawers do not fit properly or need much force to open. Phone in toilet will routine ring once through the day and night. Hotel is trying to fix the problem. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast selection could be better. Egg and dosai station could be operational on time. Front desk staff are friendly and good. They are training some new staff and hence checking in and out could take a bit more time.

Everything else worked well, however the staff were somehow unable to set up the tv to be able to watch the World Cup football games, which is a pity for an otherwise premium hotel. They promised me to try and set it up but eventually asked me to a paid subscription if I wanted to connect to the channel showing the games.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful A good selection in the breakfast menu The hotel is very close to shopping amenities I would recommend this hotel
