Keep up the good work, rooms were super clean beds were comfortable

We were planning a trip to St. Augustine and need a place to stay the night. We picked this hotel because it received good reviews. We are senior citizens and while online booking this hotel, we left a message that we would like a "quiet room away from the elevator". When we arrived, we checked into our room and noticed the A/C was very loud and set at 68 degrees. We changed the temp to 74 and the loud A/C turned off. We went out to dinner and a walk around the downtown area. When we arrived back later that evening, we went to our room and again the loud A/C was running with a puddle of water under it. My girlfriend had taken a sleeping pill to fall asleep so the loud noise was not an issue for her. I figured I would turn on the TV and try to use the sound level to drown out the noise of the A/C. Unlucky for me, the TV did not work. By now it's about Midnight so I went to the front desk to tell them of our concerns. No help there, I was told the manager would be there in the morning if I wanted to talk with him. In the morning we went down to talk with the manager, but he was not there. I had to leave my # and was told he would contact me later. We went to eat the breakfast they offered but were very disappointed. What was offered was cold cereal, various fruit, milk, orange juice, english muffins and some cold egg folded over thing. Just FYI...Please pay a little more and go somewhere else. You will be disappointed here.

The hotel was clean and located close to restaurants. Breakfast was included but needed more variety of items.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay there next time we travel to St. Augustine.

Elevator was broken day of arrival with no sign warning of the issue, one of our girls was stuck in there for a few mins while they had to manually open the door. The AC in our room was also not working properly and was very hot our first night, maintenance did seem to fix the issue. VERY limited breakfast options compared to other comparable hotels. Other than that, the hotel was clean and convenient to all attractions, staff was helpful.

We like the location more distant from the congested town but close enough to drive there to visit. It quiet and I like the trees there with Spanish Moss. The remodel looks great.

REALLY GREAT PLACE

A really lovely experience

has to improve breakfast

The air conditioner was extremely noisy and the front desk told us they are all that way.
