We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna for three nights and had a really lovely experience. The staff were very pleasant, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The breakfast was fabulous and definitely one of the highlights for us. We especially enjoyed having breakfast at a window table — it was a great way to start the day. The location is very convenient on the Ringstrass, within easy distance of Wien Hbf, Belvedere Palace, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, and Hofburg Palace, so getting around and sightseeing was very easy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Ritz-Carlton Vienna to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

超讚 Service was just above and beyond. Sauna, steam room and gym were great. The room was excellent with premium coffee and water with constant maid service. Breakfast was excellent. It was a great stay!
