Staff are very helpful

Amazing location & great balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful - especially with parking, which is a little tricky. Will stay again.

We had such a lovely stay here. The location is perfect, right in the city centre with very easy access to everything. We also really appreciated the hotel’s focus on sustainability. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the management was excellent. Parking is quite limited, so reservations are strongly advised, but there are plenty of nearby multi-storey car parks, which made it convenient

Close to all amenities, restaurants and bars. Nice, clean hotel with fab quirky decor.

Everything was good!!!

- Room had no heating only a Dyson hot and cold fan - As room had no heating Bathroom was also cold therefore towels always felt damp and smelt - Balcony was large however the decking was loose and broken. Extremely dangerous - Free mini bar fridge was warmer than the room and contained one can of fizzy orange, one can of fizzy apple and a small bottle of water between two - Road noise was loud as hotel sat on a five way road junction - TV only had all French speaking stations - The curtains were a challenge to close as they went around corners, behind TV and desk and the tracks did not run smoothly The rooms were very tired and needed some money spending on them. On a positive, the hotel was in a good location! We did not complain whilst we was staying there as we had booked a suite for three nights; thinking this would give us a better room. As the heating system wasn’t working we guessed all the rooms were the same and therefore nothing would be gained by complaining and we didn’t want to spoil our break by being negative. The rooms were very tired and needed some money spending on them.

Good location. Easy to park. Nice large rooms but with two twin beds pushed together the bedside lights and the table were too far away. Horrid pillows, one small, one square and they had a habit of falling down the back of the bed. Nice to have an inner door to shut our corridor noise. Quite area.

Great staff and a hotel bar with people in it!
