The location was exaggerated to closeness to local attractions. Rooms were dated. all shopping that was shown in pictures was false, it was full of empty spaces. like a closed mall. went to breakfast and got hair in my made to order omelette, to make it worse while sitting eating breakfast a rodent ran across to the kitchen area. many others staying complained as well, hard to get any customer assistance at front desk

The breakfast was free and cooked to order, happy hour was a vibe and the checking process was fast. Hotel was clean and peaceful.

Loved the location. House keeping as always right there. Access to the Metro was right in the hotel. Great choices for breakfast and the happy hour was very nice.

Loved how convenient this hotel to the metro and Trader Joe’s. Once we parked we did not have to leave the hotel by vehicle again. We have a great week and enjoy our stay.

Parking is $30 per night taken out of your deposit and it's taxed so it's $37 per night. It is unlimited entry.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suited Friendship Heights. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen isequipped with Keurig coffee machines for a coffee as soon as you wake up, and prior to the free breakfast, which includes made-to-order omelets. The location is ideal, close to transportation and restaurants/shops. Overall, a very nice place

The bed’s definitely need an update and our bathroom could have been cleaner. The stay was good overall and if refreshed would stay again. The morning breakfast was very good.

The hotel is an abandoned mall, took my wife and three kids there to go sightseeing in Washington DC when we stepped in the elevator. My children told me they were scared brushed it off kept going. The lobby was OK, but as soon as we walked to our room into the elevator, it was dark and dingy proceeded to enter the room that looked completely different than the pictures provided within 15 minutes I was back at the front desk with my whole family and we were out the door and looking for another hotel at 1 o’clock in the morning.
