Great location! It’s close to the SkyTrain, the mall, and plenty of food options, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
I really appreciated the flexibility with check-in, my flight arrived at 7:30 am, and although my room wasn’t ready right away, I was able to leave my luggage and come back later. I ended up getting my room at 1 pm, which I appreciated since standard check-in is at 4 pm. They also offer a complimentary 1-hour late check-out if you ask, which is a nice touch.
Before arriving, I was able to select my room through the app, and I loved the convenience of using it as a digital key for both my room and the elevator.
The room itself was clean, and I had a very comfortable sleep.
One thing I would have preferred is a 24-hour gym. I didn’t realize the hours and tried to go around 4:30 am, as I’m used to hotels offering round-the-clock access. That said, I ended up going for a run around Central Park nearby, which worked out well thanks to the nice weather.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely book here again.

Really friendly staff and nice rooms, however not worth the price whatsoever. More expensive than the downtown location despite being much harder to get to, much smaller and worse rooms, and pretty mediocre views.
