The price was good, location was great , close to bus stops, convenient store. Inside the Hotel was play area that kids and adults can enjoy - ping pong tables, football table game. Breakfast and dinner buffets were affordable. Dinner Buffett was amazing ! The room was large , we finally were able to spread after travelling 2 months in Japan

The general public area of the hotel appears to have been recently renovated. While the room i booked was outdated, it was clean and spacious. The Onsen is the highlight, and it should not be missed. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful, especially those at the front counter and the restaurant.

很好 The room is very big for Japanese style room. Slightly dated but clean. The staff were very kind and helpful with transportation. The only complaint is the use of the onsen. It was very loud with talking and excessive laughing. People were “swimming” in it and going underwater. Kids were running around. It was not enjoyable and felt other guests did not know how to respect or use the onsen. Did not return to the onsen.
