The room and staff were excellent and genuinely helpful. One frustration the room's power is tied to the key card holder, so removing the card shuts everything down, including the refrigerator. Food spoilage is a real concern if you're out for any length of time.

Stable Wi-Fi connection. Location is great with close proximity to old city, massage & SPA shops and iconic cafe. It's great to spend some time to explore the streets nearby the hotel, you should definitely find some expiring scenic spots for you to walk around. Near the hotel, few hidden famous food stores (e.g. Victor French Bakery, The House Ginger), you do spend some time to treasure around.

Service was excellent

Air condition worked, clean, small some staff nicer than others. They ask for a 1000 baht deposit on check in no credit card, no exception. Returned immediately on check out, but a strange start to the trip.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. A perfect stay!

Clean room, very helpful staff. On Main Street but down a long alley that’s hard to turn around. Most Uber Drivers miss it. No pool, but great stay.

Room was good and spacious, however, didn’t expect to stay on the first floor. In the first morning, the toilet would have a drainage smell and it would be better if they could provide more toilet paper. Nonetheless, the staff were very friendly and approachable. The location is great too as across the road, there is a 7/11.

This place is perfectly located and it’s such a quaint hotel. The staff is amazing. It’s oftentimes booked out so don’t let it slip away! It’s very clean, zero mold or dirt.

Professional and courteous staff made this stay a pleasure. A lovely relaxed atmosphere even at the peak of the high season. Will be recommending to friends travelling to Chiang Mai.
