不錯 We celebrated our anniversary with an overnight stay at the Towers & given the cost, had high hopes. The room was spacious & clean with a nice view but the service was sub par. The receptionist was neither friendly nor welcoming when we arrived & a different receptionist ignored us at checkout. The little things matter. There are many luxury hotels in the city & we’ll be staying at another next time.

很好家人同行
A clean professional hotel. The down side is that it is very expensive and whilst the staff are very professional, they could not be described as warm and friendly. But maybe that could be said for New York service generally.
Thank you ~ Jon

還好家人同行 · 親友出遊
The Towers are supposed to come with use of the hotel’s Maybach but they don’t tell you it is only one way. When we addressed this with the concierge he became very surly and blamed us for not asking. The service has certainly dropped over the last decade. We will not be returning.
