Hotel is well situated for the London Stadium but......we had 4 rooms booked and the air con unit in my room wasn't working. The receptionist was no help whatsoever and it was one of the hottest days of the year, amber and red warnings for heat. The receptionist said they don't advertise air con but didn't have a fan either! Resulting in not a great night's sleep

Budget stay. Get what you pay for. Room clean with basic amenities but okay. Just round the corner from Hackney Central train station so good location. Costas right Nextdoor. Other shops too. If hot weather, try ringing ahead as you won’t always get a window, and fans were in short supply. . Entry unusual - intercom entries/locked doors which felt unusual/not so welcoming. Thought the entryway/lift could do with a good clean as grubby but room was fine requires photo id - not something we were prepared for. You’ll also need bank card. Yes ok stay if you want budget

No aircon and was given a heater when asked if could have a fan. For £150 for a night it wasn’t great at all.

Really nice place for a quick stay. My family was very comfortable in two double-bed suites. And there are lots of things to do in the surrounding area of Hackney Central. Very convenient for the underground, and the staff were awesome.

Staff will give you a key to anyone's room, just present your card and tell them it doesn't work, and your room number. Or whichever you want to enter. I did this twice for my own room, two different staff... The first didn't ask my name, the second helpfully told me what my name was (rather than ask me for it to confirm the booking name). Have they not been following the news?

The facilities were limited and room was barely clean. The main reason for complaining was due to guests in a room on the same floor blaring music till around 4am in the middle of the night. After it had been going for about 1.5 hours I rang reception and asked them to come and ask the guests to turn it off. The receptionist came upstairs and tried knocking on their door but did not get an answer. She tried a few times but was unsuccessful. She came to tell us she couldn’t do anything else because they won’t answer the door. We then had to listen to the music until 4am. There was no security who could help or anything that stopped it. It was terrible customer service and meant for the worst night sleep in a hotel to date.

Really lovely, rooms clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Good location.

Really affordable hotel, great for a short stay in London. My room had no windows and the air conditioning was broken, but staff were helpful and provided a fan to use during my stay.

They should have alerted all customers that there wouldn’t be no AC they will take a while to clean our room

Good price for what we paid for. Staff reception politeness varies so much tho, some were nice and helpful, others were just hating their job. Pillows and mattress aren't the most comfortable and our room was beside the overground so I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers.
