Good location

I wish the staff can handle English better. Most time most staff do have language problems of understanding customers needs. Hotel should have a book listing point of interest, restaurant, train schedules etc

The rooms were carpeted. I prefer hardwood or tiles which do not trigger allergies.

Love the overall visit. The laundry was also an added bonus in transit.

ubicacion excelente

Loved, the hotel. All areas were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel was in a very desirable location l. Enjoyed my stay

Buenisimo

The staff was a bit not knowing what to do when I checkin with my service dog. They had to call a Manager to ask them if I was allowed in the restaurant premises. They should train their staff better! Same thing with reception. In regards if the unit, there’s no hand wash or soap, you have to enter to the tub and get body wash to wash your hands! Also, the toilet paper is very low quality! I don’t know how they sell themselves as a 4 star Hotel. I’d give them 2.5 stars max

Muy bonita, sin comentarios
