it had everything you require to stay

We needed to have a good sleep before our long journey next day - sadly not. The walls were too think and it was very noisy.

The air conditioning is not really effective, outdated, parking is good though.

It was busy but I still got a park. The room was quiet and the aircon worked well. Amenities were good and the bed very comfy.

The room was clean but a bit old. Central location to shops/ food. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming going out of their way to help.

Having booked 3 weeks in advance then arrive and they seem not to have our booked type room available instead put in family room upstairs, not good for elderly and wife waiting for knee operation. No bedside tables or lights, clean but needs updating

Rooms basic but very clean . But it is the staff that are amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and make my stay comfortable

Wouldn’t stay again here, room very musty smell and no wifi available . After reporting it to reception was told she would contact manager but this was not resolved with the wifi problem which was frustrating. Overall cost wasn’t worth what you got , very standard room and disappointing for what is listed on your website.
