Very friendly staff. Room was clean but the facilities were not in the best shape; for example, cracked and peeling paint all over the place. Great value for the price, though!

Hotel seems to be in a full repair state. Hallways are unfinished. Debris on carpet in hallways.
Found small pieces of trash on the floor in my room - crumbs, straw wrapper, styrofoam pieces.

Had to try 3 different rooms. 1st room was dirty. Public hair in the tub, hair on door, needle on bedside table, poop on toilet rim.
Second room the toilet wouldn't flush.
Third room no ac working.
Finally good with fourth room.
