不錯 Everything was clean. Expect loud noises from the thin walls. The stay would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the horrible soft bed. My back hurts so much after sleeping in it for two nights. It’s not even medium but more on the soft side.

不錯 The Internet was down during our entire stay, not good for a work trip. Apparently it had been down for a while but we were never informed upon check-in. The room was fine. Breakfast spread is so so, not great.

還好 Upon arriving at our room, we immediately noticed that it was not in acceptable condition. The carpet had a noticeable stain, and the sofa was slightly torn. Although we were disappointed, we decided to overlook these issues and continue with our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience became significantly worse when we used the restroom. The bathroom sink was completely clogged, causing the water to back up and not drain. This made the restroom unsanitary and unusable.
We promptly reported these concerns to the front desk, hoping they could be addressed. However, instead of offering assistance or a solution, we were informed that the manager would not be available until the following day. Our concerns were dismissed without any attempt to resolve the issues or accommodate us.
This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We expected a clean, functional room and courteous customer service, but unfortunately, neither was provided. We are extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of professionalism in handling our concerns.
