Good location, short walk to Bryant Park or Grand Central subway stations. Easy walk to Midtown attractions. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We missed not having a mini fridge and there was a long line for the lobby coffee machine in the morning.

Great night’s sleep! Clean, very comfortable, super fast check in at 11:30pm. Amazing view on 22nd floor. Friendly staff and helpful checked luggage. Coffee was strong! Parking a block away. Overall a quick but great stay!

Like many other hotels in Manhattan, it has a relatively small footprint and not too many amenities. However, staff vere very helpful and accommodating and corrected issues we had with our rooms as soon as another was available. Location is excellent. We appreciated 24-hour complementary coffee and tea on M floor.
