upon checking in I asked about parking and the staff simply said it’s behind the building but it is probably full. When I asked about other parking options reply was unsure. When I asked for a map to find my room the staff said they did not have any, and no other amenities were offered. Upon arriving to our room the trash cans did not have any bags, there was only one large towel no others. no hand soap, vanities were dusty, shower head kept falling and was held up by a zip tie. for reference we purchased a king suite and were on the 19th floor.

Amazing hotel with helpful staff! Was close to almost everything in the downtown area and was very easy to navigate to and from hotel. Only downside was that it was very close and almost in the tenderloin. In the mornings and afternoons it was fine but once the sun went down it became a bit dangerous to walk the street, but of course that’s not the hotels fault. Just make sure your uber or Lyft drops you off at the front of the hotel as the back of it is not safe (said to me from multiple drivers)

Love the room the concierge Bell staff great rooftop bar with a view of the city all in all it was a terrific stay

The view and location is perfectl it was so refreshing not having to uber or taxi everywhere cause we were so close! my only minor complaint was the front desk and bell hop people were way to direct and had some attitude

Clean rooms but need some renovation. Friendly staff. For some reason, our room in tower 2 was noisy ?!

I like the center location and love the staff. I felt the rooms and property was a little outdated to be a Hilton they need to do a little better with that. The pool area was very simple nothing special.

Clean room and comfortable stay!

For me, the most impressive thing about the hotel was that when things went wrong the efforts and lengths that the staff went to to ensure that we still had a wonderful stay was unparalleled in my experience. Special recognition should go to Ryan on the front desk and Adriana who was the night manager when we had a serious issue. Even before we had our issue, Ryan had already given us a wonderful room, exactly as we had hoped it would be, with a fabulous city view. His approach is professional and British-style in its finesse! Credit where it is due! The hotel amenities were also very very good. I would absolutely choose this hotel again!

Clean room nice people everywhere was nice . Nice hotel

Property was perfectly located & concierge was awesome with plenty of suggestions for touring around the city!
