Totally worth the value. Floor was a little grubby, but far from a deal breaker. Bed was clean, shower and bathroom were clean, water pressure was good and the shower was hot. Wouldn't Honeymoon here, but was a safe place to lay ones head while passing through Frankfurt.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location especially for people attending events at the convention center. Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is. In my room the eater drainage in the shower cabin was slow but not a bog deal.

No staff at the desk for checkout. Room was not very clean. Overall the stay was ok but would not recommend even if the price is low

My experience at this hotel wasn’t great, and I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. Don’t get me wrong — the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a good location. However, the real problem started when I checked in and entered my assigned room. It turned out to be someone else’s room — I could clearly see an open suitcase and personal belongings inside. I immediately went back to the front desk and informed the staff. He seems surprised and gave me a different room and key. That room didn’t have anyone’s belongings, but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Since the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, I was worried I might get charged a fine. I went back to the front desk again and asked for another room, explaining that the second room smelled heavily of smoke. They gave me a third room, but by then I didn’t feel secure anymore. I couldn’t stop thinking about how easily I had entered someone else’s room earlier - what if someone could do the same to mine? Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to safety concerns, even though the staff was friendly and the location was convenient.
