Overall nice! However at check in, not very helpful. Warning if in a Suite 8th floor, lift only goes to the 7th, stairs to 8th. Lovely old building. Hot water in room only warm, not hot, plus not much water pressure. Called 3 times from 6.30am to ask for help downstairs with 2 bags, no answer, pretty sure night shirt guy was either not there or was sleeping. Guy that checked us out seemed to have just started work. By the way we had to carry out own bags downstairs.

Checked in late and couldn’t find any staff to get key. Only seemed interested how I got through the front door, perhaps he would have preferred I be waiting outside by myself and my suitcases with the homeless for 20 minutes.

Love, love love this hotel! Rooms are lovely and beds super comfortable. Restaurant is great for breakfast and dinners. Highly recommended

We have stayed at Fable on several occasions and absolutely love it! Staff are friendly and helpful, its central city position is great to shop or venture out and the breakfasts and dinners are fantastic! Elegant luxurious feel to the rooms with lovely beds makes you feel special in an often bland hotel world. Recommend this hotel to everyone I can.

No parking and no driveway to pull into to drop off luggage. The gym is tiny.

The elegance of the entrance and room and care shown by all staff at all levels was exceptional.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast, high quality, fresh and delicious. Good coffee, delicious pastries. Room’s spacious, clean , and a very comfortable bed.

Fabl s is n the perfect position for touring.within walking distance to wharf, shops and restaurants. The staff at Fables were very extremely helpful and friendly nothing too much of a problem for them. I highly recommend the hotel.
