Well, we paid a huge amount of money for a 3 days stay in IBIZA’s icon, “The Site”, so we wouldnt expect anything less than amazing. To be true i wasn't impress. Our air conditionating wasnt working at all. There was not many amenity's. C’mon, we are talking about a 800-1000$/day. Even in high season, we’d expect much else. So, if you wanna be near “trouble” its the right place. Like 10 meters from Ushuaia, 200-300 meters from HI IBIZA. Thats a positive point. But again, there are plenty options in the island and the price is everrated. I wouldn’t stay there again because there was nothing SO SPECIAL that justify the price. Maybe its because i’ve been in many 5 stars around the world and i know what to expect. If I’d advice people to go there? Honestly, only if you really want to stay “inside” the party’s. Otherwise you’ll be wasting money and feeling frustrated.

Fantastic refurb of the hotel. Access to Coya Beach club was a perk.

Beautiful hotel with two great pools, a gorgeous beach club and great indoor/outdoor restaurants. The staff were lovely. I would love to go back!

The property is lovely with lots of amenities, the sweets & water in the reception area is a lovely touch. The level of service needs improving, we had to repeatedly ask for certain things, in the end after asking many times we gave up. The staff when you check in should give you a detailed overview of the site & what’s on it. There are lovely restaurants that we stumbled acorss had we known earlier we could have made a reservation while during our stay.

The property is absolutely beautiful and amazing! Love the hotel and some of the staff are wonderful and helpful. Alex at guest services is the BEST!! Sofia and Adrianna are also great. Eduardo is so nice, patient and very helpful with his ideas and setting up the private boat for us to go to Formentera. The front desk staff were very helpful as well. Now with respect to Coya beach club, Rosa, Carla Arturo and Pilar are all very nice. However, the service at the beach club needs to improve drastically for a resort with this caliper including the high prices as well as the food was terrible. We are big time foodies and always eat at top notch restaurants like Zuma, Casa Maya and Tatel as an example. We ordered food like chicken wraps and burgers and within 5 minutes the food arrived, so I asked the server how come the food is ready so fast? he said it was pre-made, laughed about it and left. That is absolutely unacceptable!!! I told few people about our experience and how bad it was, but no one seemed to care to connect me to a manager. They even charged me 28 Euros for a watermelon plate even though it was free with the beds that we rented and we were supposed to get two platters for free. So for bad food and bad service we paid about 300 Euros, not good. The beds are great and the beach is beautiful. So this impacted my rating of 4 stars instead of 5 stars along with the fact that one of the two rooms we had out of the two, the AC wasn't cold enough & shower flooded 1 day.

Our family enjoyed this new, beautiful property right on the beach. We enjoyed the location, amenities, especially the pool and beach areas. The service and food were also top notch. Only complaint is the prices are high even by Ibiza standards.

Brand-new hotel. Beautiful grounds and facilities. The staff in concierge could be more helpful. When I asked them For a map Of the city with top tourist attractions they told Me To look at a map on my phone. When calling the front desk sometimes it would ring 10x or more and sometimes no one would answer the phone. I know it’s a new hotel and hopefully they will work out the kinks.
