You can tell it’s an older building, but it’s been well-maintained and was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice; we just didn’t have time to utilize it. Our 2-bedroom suite was wonderful and offered room for all of us and our teenage & young adult children to stay all together in one room. The breakfast was average, a usually continental breakfast selection. The location was perfect! Literally right down the street from Dollywood and the Main Street, but not crowded to get in and out of the parking lot. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing and the staff was super! We even booked an extra night !

I was only at the hotel for a few hours in the night so I didn't get to use any of the amenities. The room was clean. The bathtub had some patch work done in it. That was the only negative thing.

Checked in thinking the room had a king and a queen bed but actually had a king and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was horrible with a 2" mattress. After a twelve hour drive this was not what I was expecting to sleep on. Very uncomfortable. Please re write your description of this hotel room. It was quite deceiving.

Room was very clean and the staff was so nice! We had a good breakfast everyday! We definitely will be staying here from now on!

I've stayed here twice now and have decided to always stay here when visiting pigeon forge.

Pretty outdated place for the price. Smells really musty/moldy. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was clean it just felt dingy due to the smell. The breakfast is ok for it to be complimentary. The pool was the best part of the stay.

If you need a bed to crash, it’s a fine hotel. Quite worn down, could use some renovations.

Our stay was great! The property is a little dated compared to hotels we normally stay at, but it was clean, the staff was amazing and the beds were really comfy! They could use some fluffier pillows! Overall our stay was great and we will definitely stay there again when on an adventure in pigeon forge!! Also they are so close to Dollywood that we were able to leave the park and head back to the hotel for dinner then return to the park without waisting a bunch of time driving!!!

It was a nice hotel it was nice and quiet the hotel worked hard to cater to your needs.
