Excellent hotel with a great location. Walking distance to baseball stadium. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The coffee shop open 24 hrs was handy since I am an early riser. Spent some time in the bar. Helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel was great but breakfast buffet was terrible. Everything was cold… everything. Over thirty bucks for an inedible breakfast.

The staff was polite but curt. Not warm and fuzzy. The room was nice enough but the headboard of the bed was peeling and there were scuffs all over the walls. For a Regency, it should have been better maintained

The ladies in the restaurant were FABULOUS! They sang happy birthday to my daughter and treated her :)

Bed was terribly uncomfortable. I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Room was rather dark due to no overhead lighting, only a couple of lamps. Great location for a football or baseball game. Short walk to either stadium with tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. Staff was very friendly and the facility is clean.
