Breakfast was fresh, pool was clean, atmosphere was comfy. Very nice stay.

I had first stayed at the Campbell Inn about 12 years ago. It was better then; this most recent visit was a bit disappointing. The inside of our room needed to be painted, carpeting was dirty, and the A/C unit was not working properly. We had to contact the front office twice about it, and the second time they actually sent someone out to confirm that the system needed repair. Overall, I would porobably stay at the Inn again, but only after looking more at alternative hotels. The Lodge where I used to stay closed down (property is being redeveloped), but it was less expensive, cleaner and the HVAC worked well.

Sour moldy smell coming out of air conditioner so we moved to another room which also had a filthy AC with sour air. They did come and clean off all the caked dust off the coils but smell continued persist from deep within machine. Had to sleep in a stuffy ac-less room to avoid further comprising my agitated respiratory system.

It's a place that is beginning to deteriorate.

The AC unit while on is extremely loud, couldn't sleep while it was on. I couldn't close the bathroom door because the piece on the ground at the entrance was sticking up which I hurt my foot on. Breakfast starts at 7:00am which I think is to late.

Room could have been a bit cleaner. Especially the bathroom. Three day stay and towels only switched once.

Room was clean but needed some repairs. Carpet was torn near bed. Can tell the rooms haven't been updated in a long time. Slow drain in tub/shower.

Great value, old school setup, pool and jacuzzi stellar, good breakfast bar, great staff. Would be nice if the Cable TV had a little more channels but a very relaxed place to stay. I would stay here again.

For an old run down motel, the room was decent. Shower and sinks fine. Staff was very helpful. Pool bottom very dirty. Breakfast buffet was decent and well stocked. Had to change rooms once because bed in first one was as broken down. New room beds were very hard.
