The lobby needs remodelng and everything is really old. Breakfast area was good and so were choices. Outside of hotel, also could use new furniture and landscaping. I was surprised room was pretty clean and a bit upgraded.

The staff was horrible. I'm sorry they don't like their jobs, but my goodness. I am a relatively happy friendly person and I was really taken back by the rudeness. We were only there one night - with 4 rooms - and we were all so glad that part of our stay was over. Our mantra - it only could get better from there. The hotel itself is run down. The amenities? Like what? But none of that matters if people are kind and friendly. I interacted with front desk twice - someone in the b'fast room and someone in the hallway. I wasn't even going to do this review because I will never stay at one again!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating (Alexander D!) The rooms are what you would expect. The breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. They had fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, etc…but they also had an assortment of breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and bowls to heat in the microwave. They had gluten free options with the sandwiches and granola bars they offered complimentary.

It was a great place to stay for one night. It has a shuttle to the port which made it very convenience.

Extra charge for the parking, only one elevator works, no tissue box in the room, breakfast is bad.

The check in luggage was so easy

Check in and out was fast. I was able to check in early. The rooms need to be updsted, they are old and crusty. I got to breakfast at 10 am with 30 mins left, there was nothing left except 3 bagels, a dirty waffle maker and a mini fridge full commeecislly packaged breakfast sandwiches for the microwave. Very disappointed in that. Other than that, nothing wrong if you just need a place to lay your head.

The location was super convenient with so many attractions accessible right from downtown. Breakfast was great, and the friendly staff took care of everything we needed. Highly recommended for a family trip!
