Good stay

This hotel was in a great location and overall pretty clean. The complimentary breakfast was large and full of different options. Unfortunately the room we were given had a broken shower which we didn't learn until the morning. Staff was nice and allowed us to switch rooms, it was just a bit frustrating since that was the second time we had to move rooms during our trip (different hotel).

The beds were comfortable. The parking garage was secure and we were able to keep our vehicle in the lot until 4pm the next day though we checked out by 11am. The only thing that was bothersome was the loud garbage trucks very early in the morning. Our room overlooked the alley where they passed through. Very annoying!

Good value property and close walking to multiple restaurants. Safe, secure parking. Very spacious suite rooms with good pillows but matress was less than stellar. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. Might need to rework the setup...was very crowded around microwaves (which was needed for the majority of food items).

Nice hotel and good value for the cost. We had a couple of minor issues but they were quickly resolved. Very nice staff.

Alex at the front desk was fantastic and gave us amazing local recommendations.

Decent hotel for the price, pretty much anything you'd need in the room. Great for a short stay. The staff was very nice and helpful

Would recommend, clean, safe, walkable.

Great stay for a night before a cruise. It's only 10-15 minutes from the port. Recommend.
