還好 Very disappointed with cleanliness of the room. There were a lot of hairs left in the shower, sink and even found in towels. My son was so grossed out, he was afraid to sleep inside the sheets in fear of them not being clean.

不錯 The front desk people were the best thing about this hotel. Had good experiences with two of them. Just helpful, friendly and good problem solvers. The hotel itself feels like it needs a rehab. Just didn't feel as clean and nice as mot Hampton Inns. I paid a lot for the room because of the big conference that was going on. It wasn't terrible but I would stay somewhere else next time.
