Great Breakfast. Clean rooms.

rooms were comfortable and clean. it appears there is some renovation on some additional rooms.

Staff was friendly and courteous

lots of constuction

Staff was kind, breakfast was pretty good and convenient, and didn't have any issues with our stay.

Great place

room was not done and we had to get another room. wanted to ask how to cancel my room for the 15 not helpful

Very old property, with extremely rude front desk personnel. One of the elevators did not work. My reservation was confirmed by Orbitz but when I checked in at 10 PM they said they were sold out and that my reservation was not there. Magically, after Orbitz tried to contact them they made one room available but only if I first cancelled with Orbitz and then booked and payed directly with them. Ice machine broken too.

I won't stay there again, The fridge in the room never worked, and the bottom sheets on the King bed did not fit (and I informed the front desk the first morning about both of these issues - nothing changed). I never could get ice out of the ice machine on the 3rd floor, the carpet in our room was damp, and one elevator was not working (out of 2 elevators). Also, the carpet in the halls had large stains. I'll go back to this area, but I'll stay somewhere else next time.

Never again. Room was not very clean. Mirror hanging off wall. Cords and hole in the wall. Saw a roach in the lobby. Carpet in hallway not vacuumed. Saw bug in bed. The only plus was that we were able to check in super early after driving all night. Shoutout to the young man with the glasses that works overnight. He is an asset to the company and should be promoted.
