No milk for breakfast. Ac in room didn’t shut off. Woke up frozen. Pool light hanging out sitting on the deck with wires attached.

I been here before loved this hotel convince close to niagra falls

The room needed repairs in shower and there was hair everywhere in the beds and on the floor.

Staff was nice. The hotel I would say is pretty average. Did notice that the toilets were very low. Not sure if they would even be considered standard more like a child height. Did not like there was a separate charge for parking.

good

Good location super clean

They claimed no 2 double beds room in the property, providing additional bed with king bed room, although I reserved 2 beds room.

I stayed the night at Hampton Niagra New York on July 1-2nd and I paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, the room I was given was just 1 king bed. When I told the desk agent, she told me they had “oversold” for the night and the king bed room was all they had left. While the desk agent was very nice, this completely ruined my family’s stay and made us very uncomfortable. I would never had stayed there if I knew we would be given only 1 bed. I feel I should be compensated in some way for this.

Todo muy limpio y equipado la persona que me hizo el chequeo de excelente y muy amables se le agradece mucho

I didn't like that we weren't informed of $10 parking at the facility until we arrived at check in. The pillows weren't great and gave us all neck pain. All of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options but does get very busy. Loved the pool are with towels provided. Room was clean but some things could be fixed/repaired (shower pieces falling off), water pressure in shower kept turning completely off during my shower then coming back on.
