Everything was great except for the fact that we were put in an ADA room unexpectedly, and the walk-in shower, which had no door or curtain, did not drain well and somewhat flooded the bathroom, even after a short shower. This really needs to be addressed and solved ASAP.

超讚 Excellent hotel filled with old world charm. Very similar to Broadmoor or Hotel Del Coronado -- built in early 1900's but excellently maintained. Beautiful upscale charm with modern flair. All hotels in Galveston are across the street to the beach. Nice beach area. Beach area staff so-so. Not very organized and definitely not good services except for manager Evan. He was awesome. The rest kept saying they'd bring things and then didn't. Need more lounge chairs on weekends.

Pros: Gorgeous hotel. Good location. Bar and restaurant were beautiful. Breakfast was good. We will definitely return.
Cons: Valet parking — very little parking options otherwise.
