Everything was amazing from check in in to check out. Very happy with staff behaviour and how accommodating they were. I loved how they would serve breakfast at anytime including 3am and 4am. Would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 ⭐

Incredible hotel very luxurious right by the beach with stunning views. I stayed at the Villa with my friends and it was immaculate. Staff was amazing and friendly. The location was convenient. Highly recommend.

Mum and I went there to celebrate her 86 years old birthday. The room was well decorated with complimentary birthday cake, fresh coconut and a birthday card. Staff at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very nice Sunday brunch at starfish Bloo with lots of seafood and all staff sang birthday song that made a memory birthday for my mum. We went to starfish Bloo for birthday dinner the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at W Resort was truly unforgettable. We traveled from the U.S. and stayed for approximately eight days, and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations from Airport pickup to arrival at resort. The staff was absolutely beautiful—warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. This was some of the best customer service we have ever received. By day three, team members throughout the resort knew our names, remembered our preferences, and always seemed to know exactly where we were or what we needed before we even asked. The property itself is stunning, spotless, and fully maintained. The beach was beautifully kept, the grounds were peaceful, and the entire resort felt luxurious while still being comfortable for our family. Traveling with two teenagers can sometimes be challenging, but this resort made everything easy. It was close to beach clubs, tours, and family-friendly activities, and the staff helped schedule everything effortlessly. The food was superb. Dinner every night felt like dining at a Michelin-level restaurant, and breakfast each morning was absolute perfection. What truly makes W Valley Resort special is the people. The entire team was at our beck and call in the best way possible, always professional, thoughtful, and kind. Thank you for making our trip to Bali so special and worth every mile traveled. We cannot speak highly enough of this property, the service, and the incredible staff.

Our honeymoon destination 7 years ago we got the urge to return. In the main it’s the same place, a little tired in the decor in our villa but what you get with the W Seminyak is great staff, superb food at Fire and at breakfast, beachfront hotel with plenty of deckchairs to sunbathe every day. The hotel is a short walk to places like NOAA and Bambu restaurants I would recommend too: the food in fire was really nice too. A lovely place. They’re renovating the bar area outside which was hidden by a Muriel painted fence and a little noise but not intrusive. Still remains a superb place to stay. We stayed in the one bed villa both times and loved the privacy and quietness.

We cannot express enough how amazing was our stay - it was simply perfect. The staff in general went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they made us feel extra special. The room, the food, the amenities, everything was great.

This was our first trip to Bali, and we cannot express how thankful we are for the W Bali team for making this our best vacation experience yet! Every member of the staff interacted with was incredibly kind, hospitable, and professional. In our opinion, the staff was the greatest contributing factor to our positive experience. The amenities were outstanding! Our room left nothing wanting and service was prompt and unobtrusive. Even our ocean view room felt top-tier in terms of features. Each of the restaurants we ate at was high quality in terms of food as well as service. Recommend Fire for breakfast, and the seafood dinner at Starfish Bloo. The beauty of Bali speaks for itself, but if you are considering staying at the W, we highly recommend. We are confident you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic hotel, i just think it's time for a bit of refurbishment., otherwise I will stay here again for sure.
