The room was such a cool experience - we were in a train car. Beds were excellent and the room was beautiful.

很好 Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our room was quiet. AC worked well even on 3rd floor. Only complaint was that we needed to shower right away but we didn’t have any hot water. I texted the hotel and they had someone come up to fix it within 30 minutes but we were on a time crunch so my daughter had to take a cold shower.

Gabby on the front desk could not have been more helpful. She was friendly and welcoming making sure I had everything I needed and knew how to get around town. Even when the Uber driver was confused with the roadworks she offered to speak with him. She also gave a great explanation about the history of the train station and what could still be seen.
The rooms were so so clean. Nice size and could spread out.

很好 Just thought at a nice hotel like this there would be complimentary coffee for guests in the morning . It would be a nice touch for those wanting am coffee before conferences .

The construction around the hotel demanded a new path to get to the main entrance, but the signs around the property and adjascent blocks IS TERRIBLE!!! YOU MUST MAKE IT BETTER!

clean, staff didn't speak very good English which made navigating construction to the hotel hard. Lack luster directions on emails and warning emails
