No self service laundry. Beautiful and convenient location. Phenomenal breakfast. Sink in the room. No AC. One fan that could not reach everyone. Showers were not segregated by gender. No shelves in the room. Friendly staff. I would stay there again. Please ban smoking anywhere on property. Smoke drifts, even when done on patio

Great spot, lovely views and right by the river. The room in the new block was trendy and immaculate. An easy cable car ride to the heart of town was just a 1 minute walk from the door.

This is an excellent facility, all a+. If I had to pick one factor it would be the the front desk staff; very helpful and pleasant, lots of great helpful information. Regardless of the time of day always found them to be a joy to talk to, thank you.

超讚 The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Aare River and adjacent to Bern’s Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing or riverside strolls. As a youth hostel, the rooms are simply furnished but clean and functional. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they offered the option to reserve a parking space in advance. Since we were on a self-driving trip, parking had been a major concern, so having a reserved spot made our stay much more relaxed and enjoyable.
