Clean, comfortable, and perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. The room was quiet, and the staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be to provide clearer instructions on how to get to the hotel from the airport terminal, as it wasn’t very straightforward. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it.

Perfect for an airport layover.

While the furniture and curtains were a bit worn and tired in the room, and prices very high for the room and food, but what do you expect for a hotel at the airport. Once we found the entrance in the maze that is a busy airport and train terminal, check-in was as expected and service what you can imagine for a Paris airport hotel. The bar and restaurant weren't very crowded and seemed to have decent menus, but we chose to buy food from the variety of airport and train station vendors since it was significantly less and equally convenient. It's a great and convenient place to stay when traveling thru CDG Airport, for sure.

We spent the night of July 15th which was our 7th or 8th time staying at the CDG Sheraton. I am giving a low rating since the the last few times we checked in our room needed immediate maintenance calls. When I checked in yesterday, during a record setting heat wave in Paris, I specifically asked about adequate air conditioning due to my recent experiences. I was assured the air conditioning was working. When I opened the door to the room and checked the thermostat the temperature was nearly 80 Fahrenheit. When I went back to the front desk I was told "It is hot outside". The remainder of the conversation will not be repeated. We did change rooms and the air was better but this hotel has to do a better job maintaining its premises.

One of my favorite hotels! This is my go to hotel when I arrive at the airport. The restaurant is excellent. The bed is super comfortable and the tub is great for soaking.

Bathroom was disgusting with hairs left on the toilet. There was a repeating squeaking sound coming from above the room that sounded like someone slowly opening a creaky, old door every 5-7 minutes. Staff were unfriendly. Restaurant was understaffed and the prices were insane - even for an airport.

Hard to beat the convenience, being right in the complex of international terminals at the airport. Restaurant for bfast was good and friendly staff. Very clean.
