This hotel may is old but it doesn't have anything lacking. the manager Mr Erdal Gunduz, was very very helpful and resourceful. He has high personal standard. He will go out of the way to help youEnjoy your stay in Istanbul. And best of all, no extra charges;)

The location is perfect the stuff was friendly specially ahmet the room were clean the breakfast was fine but could be better overall was good

Wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of Taxim Square,,,

In the heart of Taksim near to transportation, quiet and comfortable but if they had laundry service they would be better.

The hotel in general is good specially cleanliness but crowd around hotel at night breakfast was Normal need to have someone need in luggages thanks for changing room Bcs I need quiet room

Hotel was exactly what I expected and what is acceptable for the price paid. One thing I particularly liked is that it is definitely non smoking room I booked. I stayed at other, more expensive hotels on Taksim, and had big issues with cigarette smoke and noise coming from other rooms, even though they claimed rooms were non-smoking. It seems that some guests do not respect house rules at those hotels, and hotel staff wasn’t doing anything to stop that behaviour. Therefore, I was really pleasantly surprised at the air quality at this hotel, and the soundproofing in the rooms. There was noise coming from outside, as I booked a room with the street view, but that didn’t bother me at all, as I knew that will be the case when staying in the heart of İstiklal, street that never sleeps :) I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and was quite pleased with my choice this time. Hotel is right on İstiklal, everything is near by, and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe, and comfortable to stay out late.
