Was more of a small room than an apartment. Checking in was easy via the phone. No laundry facilities and it said there was breakfast available and I never saw it anywhere. Parking was difficult

Very hard to check in with phone you need an app and good signal to get it or else go to the actual location of the hotel to ask for physical key which do not have any idea where it is. There is like 3 locks. Room is not very clean it has finger prints and some greasy stuff on the desk and bed board. Bathroom tissue box tissue is all in a ball shape can't even get it out. Shower water will go everywhere in the bathroom which can be slippery and the dryer is so sticky no idea why. At least room have kitchen and ok working refrigerator and it has to turn to 5 for it to be cold. No breakfast but close to the street just go buy food. Also you can hear neighbor walking moving and luggages rolling out. Somewhat people rolling things 4 am in the morning kind of annoyed. You need to find your own Parking on the street somewhere which is pay by hours it has 1,2,3 zone and needs to be fast or else is all parked.

This hotel/apartment was in a great location, the one bedroom unit worked perfectly for our family of 4. The couch bed was very comfortable, more comfortable than queen bed in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat. We walked everywhere on the days we stayed in Reyk. Parking was fine if you know where to go and how to pay each day. Only suggestion is to add a small cart or somewhere to put toiletries in the bathroom as there was no countertop or vanity. of course, everything in Iceland is extremely expensive, but we knew that going in. Great stay, would stay again.

Review for the suites : Amazing service and going above and beyond for vegan friendly options for breakfast, building out a full vegan basket instead of removing non vegan products. Definitely would recommend for solo or couples.

Good location. Good space. Very clean.

This was the perfect stay for our trip. The location is just a couple of short blocks from the main shopping center and from the waterfront (you can’t beat the location. The included breakfast basket and fresh bread saved us so much money as we were able to make it last for breakfast and lunch. Having the kitchen to store and heat food was super helpful. We rarely lounged in our room. We were on the go most of our trip (driving as far south as Diamond Beach and back in one day!). If you plan to also be out and about then this is a great stay. Black out curtains made sleeping in the summer easy. I wouldn’t pick this location if you were looking for a lounging vacation (it doesn’t have a lot of chill space). Some things to note: Checking in was the hardest part because you need to park (preferably in the P3 parking area) and walk to the main location. Our room was in the Tannery which was a couple of blocks away from the main registration location. Another thing to note is the dryer situation. The dryers don’t work well. We had clothes in there for 3 hours and they remained wet. We ended up hanging them on the heated towel rack or just in the closet area. One time they allowed us to use the service dryers (those worked great). We loved the staff, loved our room, and really loved the breakfast!

The shower is a little tight and awkward being that water gets everywhere. Wish we had two floor towels to go around the area but didn't have enough. Could only sacrifice 1. Otherwise it was clean and everything worked, and the staff cleaning the room did a good job cleaning everything. Note there is no AC, only a heater as it's rare for it to be so warm you need AC in iceland. The kitchenette was a great add and so useful. It was stocked with almost everything needed, especially a Nespresso and kettle. Plenty of room in the suite apart from the washroom. Staff were friendly, although, one guy lost track of two bags we were storing with them before check in about two hours previous, but was able to find them. That portion was a little concerning, apparently they had done some moving around, but they did find them shortly after.

Great room… location was just steps to downtown Reykjavik… very quiet .. no road noise… and the breakfast was amazing delivered to your room each day and fresh baked bread each morning.

Our family had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The front desk staff was absolutely outstanding—every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Having someone available 24/7 made everything so easy, and they always went above and beyond to assist us. We stayed for two nights at the beginning of our trip and enjoyed it so much that we came back for our final night in Iceland. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. And the shower deserves a special mention—it was hands down the best shower we experienced during our entire trip! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Iceland and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
