It seems to be privately/family owned in a warehous/industrial kind of area. Not far from popular sites. We stayed two nights and we're primarily there for sleep. Room was clean, albeit a bit musty smelling. Beds were decent, fixtures and things needed a bit of touch ups inside the room.
For the price paid, it was a decent stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We accidentally left a duffle bag behind and they were very quick to give us a call and held onto it in the office until we got back to pick it up.

Internet wasn’t reachable in room, tv was broken, phone didn’t work, ac worked but was super loud, toilet clogged easily. Rooms were ok on cleanliness but several thinks were broken and / or hastily patched.
Breakfast was a joke. Choice of prepackaged danish or sliced bread. We had a lot of communication problems with staff, they obviously didn’t have strong English skills.
