Enjoyed our stay

Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced.

Great location , excellent staff , breakfast menu was different, healthy everyday , will recommend to friend and family

Yes

Rooms weren’t as up to date as advertised and the internet didn’t work the whole time we were there. No alternative solution either.

Very frustrating stay. We ended up realizing the wifi was not working for the entierty of our stay and we had several group members who needed to work remotely. We were always told it was being fixed and it was never actually fixed. On top of this, for the entierty of our stay there was full blown construction on several floors below our unit from 9am until 7pm daily. When we asked for a group compensation or asked why we weren't notified about this prior to our stay, we were ignore by the front desk staff and we did not receive any compensation at all

The hotel itself was clean but they were doing work during the day so quite loud and on one day they were doing the reception ceiling which stopped us from inviting people back to the hotel

Nice room and helpful staff.

Very enjoyable stay. A helpful and courteous staff. Great B'fast. Bathroom drain requires attention though. 4.5*

Warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was quick and courteous. The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a nice street view. Will definitely be on my mind should I return to Mumbai.
