All the stuff were nice but Mr. Ali who worked night shifts was extraordinary kind and helpful. We really appreciate his efforts to make stay enjoyable.

Very helpful stuff especially Mr. Ali. All the workers were attentive and ready to help.

Great location and superbstaff

Everything was okay the room is too small the breakfast is the same

Stuff was extremely helpful and nice . I love this hotel even room is very small. Location is good. Stuff do excellent job. Thank you

The room was nicely appointed, clean and quiet. The walls may be thin, but it was quiet all 3 nights when I went to bed. The breakfast buffet was very good. The location was ideal for most sites. The lobby looks tired but clean and there is a bar and restaurant, though there are other restaurants nearby that have a wider range of dishes. I didn't try the spa-not sure where it is in the building.

The room didn’t have a chair, and it very inconvenient. The real hotel was so different from what I see from the website.

Perfect stay, very nice staff, clean room, good pressure in the shower, comfortable bed and a quiet street at night. Highly recommend

Room was cleaner than expected. Compact space was very adequate and better than expected for the price point. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pre-checkin emails were awesome and I used the airport transfer service which was highly reasonable in the Istanbul market. Location was ideal and restaurant was top notch. went back each night for a very relaxing meal. breakfast buffet was certainly adequate. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Antusa Palace hotel has a convenient location less than 100 mts from Sultanahmet tram station. Major attractions in closed proximity. Warmly greeted, reception personnel very personable and attentive to guest needs. The room was comfortable and clean, cleanning personnel extremely efficient and detail oriented. Good buffet breakfast. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
