The room smelled

Yes they are very nice&respectful ,the room is clean &nice...

Its a good hotel quiet close to everythings service are good . If you stay for a week or more i wont recommend but for few days its ok affordable and good peoples 😊

Just overnight stay, everyone and everything very good. Friendly service, was able to check in early. Room, just what we needed. Quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again

Good area, fabulous staff…the place is located on the ocean but the beach is not swimmable. The pools were really refreshing and the room was good.

Only stayed for a night. It's close to the airport

The resort is old and lacking in being maintained. The bedroom was neat, clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom had stains all over the roof and shower fittings kept coming apart. No hot water first night but was fixed immediately when told staff. Our key card stopped working and we repeatedly had to go to front desk to get it renewed. The restaurant had very nice food but the breakfast menu not so good. The large outdoor pool was lovely but got very busy later in the day with local guests. The other 2 pools were closed for maintenance. Lots of staff who were very friendly and helpful. Location was great and there was a large supermarket over the road.

I recently encountered an issue with a booking error, resulting in the wrong date. I personally visited the hotel to request a change to the following week, but they were unable to accommodate this change. It’s unfortunate, as I frequently visit the area and was considering a 30-day stay if the accommodation met my needs. It seems a missed opportunity for both of us. I had hoped changing the date would be a straightforward process.
