If you plan to travel by subway during your stay. This is the place for you. The subway is literally right across the street. Also the hotel rooftop has amazing views

Staff was outstanding!! The only issue I would state is the hotel offers “open to the public” Free access to the balcony area over looking Times Square. I don’t like this as it congests the area for the Paying hotel guests and creates a Mess! Especially with rowdy crowds

I loved it the views were everything, the staff was very accommodating and helpful the room was clean. I enjoyed my stay!

Our room had amazing views. Hotel lobby has a very fun vibe. The patio has excellent views and is very large. Lots of seating. Location was excellent!

Overall everyone here was very helpful. The one thing they need to work on is the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room. Need better attention on the bathroom. That was the only issue. The location was perfect, room service was great as well.

M Social has a great lobby & wonderful view of Times Square w an outdoor balcony. There was a local music group playing & big screen tv for sports. Restaurant prices are reasonable, small bites & limited menu. Breakfast is $35. We chose a view of the river, paid extra & enjoyed it. It's close to theaters. The room was large. Staff were helpful. You enter on street but go 1 floor up for check in.

This place is nothing more than a Motel 6 with a fresh coat of paint! These people are shady! The hotel was supposedly upgraded. Not really! The rooms are very small. House keeping never came into our room to clean. We had to ask to exchange our towels. They told us to leave the old ones outside the door and they would leave new ones. They did not. When we returned from being out, we had no towels to shower. Its was in the 90's. We had sweated all day walking around. All we wanted was to shower and sleep. But then the refrigerator kept us up due to a light blinking in and off both bright we was there. We had to get up and cover the refrigerator with clothes to get some sleep. The customer service is nonexistent. Literally this is nothing more than a motel 6 that charges a lot of money. But this is this best yet! Wait for it! When we woke up on our last day and went to check out, there was a note on our door saying I was being charged an extra $400 for "smoking or vaping in the room" that is false as I have a lung condition and do not smoke or vape. I have to use a nebulizar several times a day. What a complete scamm! This is a way for them to charge you more money. They are shady and I would avoid at all cost! There are too many nice hotels in NYC, stay away from this one unless you like a Motel 6 to take advantage of you. Oh and BTW, the receptionist that checked me out advised me to write this review. She said they are scammers and take advantage of their guests. Horrible
